The concepts of Agile and Lean have been around for years. However, there is a big difference between knowing about Agile and Lean from reading books and living it (using it) every day. This talk will cover some of the basics of Agile and Lean and then discuss how they are put into practise - why, when, and how to use them. We will review many real world examples showing how companies and teams are implementing (and adapting) Agile and Lean concepts to manage their product development and customer projects. Agile and Lean were developed to help us manage change and as a result, the processes themselves morph and grow as teams face today's continuously changing business and economic conditions. We will look at some amazing real-world examples of how teams are changing the processes themselves to help them make sense of the chaos.
